Assistant Coaches
Our assistant coaches play a crucial role in supporting the head coach and developing our athletes at Inland Immortals. As an assistant coach, you will help create a positive and disciplined environment while reinforcing fundamental football skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Team Athletic Directors
Our Athletic Directors play a vital role in ensuring the success and organization of the Inland Immortals football program. This leadership position oversees team operations, coordinates logistics, and supports coaches, players, and families to create a positive and well-structured experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee team operations, ensuring smooth coordination of practices and games.
Support coaches by handling administrative tasks and team communication.
Organize team events, schedules, and equipment needs.
Serve as a liaison between the league, coaches, parents, and volunteers.
Uphold the values and mission of Inland Immortals Football.
Field Team Medics
Our Field Team Medic is a crucial part of the Inland Immortals, ensuring the health and safety of our athletes during practices and games. This role provides immediate medical assistance, monitors player well-being, and helps prevent injuries.
Responsibilities:
Provide first aid and immediate care for injured players.
Assess injuries and determine if further medical attention is needed.
Monitor player safety and hydration during practices and games.
Assist in injury prevention through taping, stretching, and warm-ups.
Communicate with coaches and parents regarding player health concerns.
Hydration & Equipment Assistant
Hydration & Equipment Assistants play a key role in keeping our athletes fueled and ready to perform at their best. This essential position ensures players stay hydrated and assists with basic equipment needs during practices and games.
Responsibilities:
Provide water and hydration support to players during breaks.
Ensure water bottles and hydration stations are filled and accessible.
Assist in keeping the sidelines organized and equipment ready for use.
Respond quickly to player and coach requests for hydration or minor gear adjustments.
Support a positive and team-focused environment.
Chain Crew
The chain crew is an essential part of every game, ensuring accurate field markings and smooth gameplay. As a volunteer, you will assist referees by managing the down markers and yardage chains, helping to keep the game organized and fair.
Responsibilities:
Hold and move the down markers and chains according to referee instructions.
Pay close attention to the game and be ready to adjust markers quickly.
Maintain a safe distance from the field while staying engaged.
Work as a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Support a fun and well-organized game experience for players, coaches, and fans.
